Virtual Quality Plant Tour of General MetalWorks, June 6th
Presenter, Rick Goodson, WMEP Manufacturing Specialist

Sign up for a new webinar! Find how to produce real results for your business through implementing ISO-9001. See how one Wisconsin metal fabricator used ISO9001 to make huge business gains. Some of their specific results include:

• Increased sales by $2 million
• Increased business by 25%
• Achieved a 99% defect-free standard of production

Using ISO 9001 as a basis for improving their quality system, General MetalWorks created a new work environment focused on defined processes and process owners which dramatically improved their operations. Based in part on the workshop presented at Manufacturing Matters! 2008, this session teaches what One Team, One Goal means and how General MetalWorks achieved it.

See the plant of a successful ISO-9001 certified manufacturer and benefit from the value of their experience. Also tap into the expertise of an experienced quality expert from WMEP. If you’re a Wisconsin manufacturer interested in implementing ISO 9001 or would like to know more about it, this session is for you.  Total presentation time is about 30 minutes which will include Q&A.
